Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Yuphoric World, our goal is to provide our customers with high quality products with an impeccable experience.
We have a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery on all products except on Perishable items. On exceeding the 30-day limit, customer will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
We do not provide exchanges on any products.
All non-perishable products should be in original packaging and must remain sealed. If seal is found to be opened or tampered with the product will be considered as used and will not be eligible for a return and refund.
In case of a shipping or transit damage, the return needs to be raised within 24 hours of delivery, and the shipping charges will be borne by us. Shipping charges under any other conditions will need to be borne by the customer.
Refund request can be raised on the Order details page.
All refunds will be credited to the customer’s e-wallet on our website, and this amount can be used for future purchases.
Lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the recipient’s address by our third-party delivery partners, cannot be refunded.
Perishable items:
All of our chocolates and confections are considered perishable. All perishable products must be refrigerated as soon as received and must be consumed within 2 days upon opening, to avoid spoilage.
Refund eligibility for perishable items:
· Returns for products received in a severely damaged condition due to transit issues must be initiated within 24 hours of product delivery along with pictures of the unopened package clearly showing the damage
· Slight damage to the outer shipping packages may not affect the quality of the individual products. If any product packaging is not found intact then you may request for a refund within 24 hours of product delivery, along with pictures of the unopened package clearly showing the damage
· In the event of incorrect products received against your order, return must be initiated within 24 hours of product delivery along with the pictures of the incorrect product
Returns for perishable items will not be accepted if the packages have been opened or tampered with. Products should be in original packaging and must remain sealed. If seal is found to be open the product will be considered as used and will not be eligible for a return and refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation request can be initiated by the customers on the Order details page under My Account before the order is processed. Once the order is processed, the Cancellation option will not be visible
YuphoricWorld reserves the right, to refuse or cancel any order arising due to:
· Unavailability of product
· Inaccurate pricing listed on website
· Any other reason, due to market conditions
If an order is cancelled after your payment is accepted, the full amount will be refunded.
